To drive momentum in its final phase, the seven-story condominium with 16 exclusive penthouse units launched a targeted sales catalogue. Emphasizing the project's core promise of privacy, the design concept incorporated tracing paper — a subtle visual metaphor for seclusion, softness, and personal space.
The sales campaign and catalogue, launched in early September 2018 to promote the final phases of the project, was highly successful, with all units sold out by the end of October 2018.
